Nonprofit Staffing Now was created by the team behind Real Estate Staffing Now, a specialized recruiting firm, to bring the same focused, hands-on recruiting model to mission-driven organizations.
How we operate
We run searches ourselves. The person who takes your intake call is the person reading résumés, calling candidates and pushing the process forward. Nothing gets handed off to a junior desk.
We work contingency because it puts the risk on us. If we don't produce a hire, we don't get paid — which keeps us honest about which roles we take on and how quickly we move.
We also keep the fee at 15% because nonprofit budgets are real constraints, not negotiating positions. A streamlined process with low overhead lets us charge less than the 20–30% standard and still do the search properly.
Some organizations use us for one hard-to-fill role. Others bring us in as an ongoing recruiting partner across multiple departments. Both work.
